The Market waa irregular during the fore noon, most of the leading issues fluctuating within a narrow- range. Steel common, after an early advance to 88 H. dropped to 87 , and then rallied to 88H. Baldwin yielded 1 point to 1124 followed by a rally to 118 and then another drop to 113. The market was a very dnll affair during the afternoon, speculative interest being continued to a few issues.
