To Wind Up Season
, The Seashore special, operated during
the summer by the Southern Pacific be
tween Portland and Tillamook, will make
Its last trip for the season Saturday,
leaving Union station at 1 :0S p. m. and,
returning, leave Tillamook at :60 p. m.
Sunday. According to John M. Scott,
general passenger agent, the special car
ried approximately 15,000 passengers to
Tillamook during the summer. There
are IS miles of excellent beaches and
several good hotels In the vicinity of the
ocean terminal of the line and hundreds
of cottages and camps were established
; by families spending the summer months
" there.
Both in freight and paaaenger traffics
the Mason of 1920 Is the best In the his
tory of the Tillamook line, according to

The Italian dockworkers at Genoa
have seised all the docks, piers and
warehouses just as the Iron and steel
mills were taken over by the metal
workers," said the Milan dispatch.
The Italian railway men are giving aid
to the workers,; who have flung out the

Milan reports that the railroad em
ployes are Issuing food and other sup
plies to the factories where Soviets have
