The class is open to all girls who are inter ested In the short story as a type of literature or who' consider following it construction as a vocation or pastime. Community Service hikers will be guests of the Trails club August 15 and IS to Troutdale Butte, Sandy river. The leader will be Charles 8. Warner Take Montavilla-Mt. Hood car at Third and Morrison streets; at 4 :50 o'clock Saturday afternoon, connecting with Troutdale car at MC Hood station, cross Sandy and climb to the camp, 500 feet elevation, for the evening campflre and sing.
