' The accident occurred at 1 o'clock Tuea-

Burnside streets. Andrews was driving
a taxi for Royce Bros. According to his
- statement to the police, Robinson's
lights were defective, and he was unable
to see htm before the collision. The
- attreets were well lighted at the time and
Robinson claims to have had ample
light. No action has been taken by the
