Blalch .Ordered Jailed- An order for the arrest and imprisonment of Sam Blalch was- Issued Monday by Federal Judge Wolverton upon a sentence given April by the court. Blalch was fined $100 and sentenced to SO days in the county Jail for violation of the prohibi tion law. He ' obtained a 60-day - stay of execution from the court, which expired- Saturday. Since being sentenced in April, Blalch has been arrested on a second charge of violating the national prohibition law.
