The steamer Northwestern was built at Seattle in 1914 and has a depth of five feet eight inches; It will have an up-river capacity of 100 tons and a down-stream capacity of ISO tons. Both freight and passenger accommodations will be arranged. The vessel will leave municipal dock No. 2 every Thursday evening" at ,7 o'clock and dock at Lewistoa, Uma tilla. Hermlston, Stanfield, Echo and Columbia river points east of CeliJo, Returning, the vessel will leave Lew iston every Monday evening.
