Debt Due This Month The United States treasury is still the largest borrower of current funds In the country, having outstanding nearly $3,000,000,000 of debt certificates. Of these nearly $850,000,000 fall due this month, when the first installment of last year's Income tax is due. The others are distributed over the three remaining Income tax dates.
