Balem, Oct .-The Balem Commercial club, A its meeting Wednesday night, adopted- a resolution indorsing the plan of the BtateChamber -of Commerce for advertising the resources of Oregon. The plan contemplates the contribution of $1000 toward an advertising fund by each county court in the state.
