You wouldn't sprinkle a mixture of powdered
emery and dust into the working parts of your
typewriter.
But this "typewriter poison" does get into your
machine and spoil its action unless you have a
ROYAL".
Because things, that create unnatural wear can
not get into it is one of the many reasons why
the "ROYAL" doesn't begin to cut capers a few
months after you get it
Take good look at a "ROYAL" Typewriter.
See those dust shields at the top of the machine.
Note the heavy glass side plates. They are not
on the "ROYAL" for looks although they do add
to the appearance. The definite purpose of the
dust shields and glass sides is to keep foreign
matter out of the working parts of the typewriter
and prolong its life.
Particles from the eraser are killing to a typewriter for
typewriter erasers are from 60 to 80 powdered emery.
The dust shield positively prevents eraser particles from
falling into the "ROYAL'.
There are other and more important reasons why you
should use a "ROYAL" too many, by far, to be told in a
space ten times this size. But it will take only a few min
utes of your time to learn all about the "ROYAL". Phone,
write or call for a demonstration.
