When Babies Grow
The Parents Part
From Their Canoe
$ A canoe is a mighty nice thing
to have around during honey-
mooning, but when the kiddles
grow to that age when they can
tumble around but still have
their "caution bumps" unde- jfc
veloped well then a canoe Is
ijt a useless luxury.
Such v as the situation in the 4k
household of W. E. Metzger of
269 Thirteenth street. The
youngsters, so it was decided a y
a family conference, were too w
young lor water outings and
the canoe, forthwith lost Its
value as a transporting
Kven millionaires dislike to
pay for something they don't
- use, and Metzger, is no excep- 0
m tlon to the rule although he is m
not a millionaire.
So he Interviewed a Journal m
want ad. The ad advertised
? the canoe and the canoe wasKf
sold the day following, at the
price set by the advertiser.
Why not follow the same
plan when you have something
to sell? It will pay you, too.
