Behind closed doors, the federal in spectors of hulls and boilers today heard evidence of the sinking of tho North Pacific liner Roanoke with a loss of 47 Uvea P. O. Huffaker, cus toms inspector, who was on the steamer while it loaded for its fatal voyage, testified for an hour. . Mc Kenna to have his namewritten in on the Democratic ballot as a candidate for congressman from the Third dis trict.
