front of the company's office yester
day, when employes noticed that niany
of them were without gloves.
"The employes of the company have
a private fund of their own for emer
gency cases," said one of tho employes,
"and this looks like a worthy cause to
us."
A few minutes later gloves had been
purchased by the telephone emploes
and given to the inftn who had been
working tare banded In the cold.
