Stanislaus county authorities today
, turned to the police of Seattle to un
: ravel the skein of a mystery surround
, Ing the death of George Walker, 44. I.
iw. W., of that city, and to establish
his relationship. Walker was found
. dead near La Grange several days ago.
' It was first thought death was due to
1 exposure, but the finding of a wounl
' behind his ear led to the conviction
that he was murdered. As about $14
was found in his clothes, robbery evi
dently was not the motive.
