Bolstad, city treasurer of Milwaukie and cashier of the First State bank of Milwaukie.- who died Wednesday at the Portland, sanitarium, following an operation for intestinal trouble, will be held at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at SkewesV undertaking parlors. Rev. II. R. Geil of Milwaukie Evangelical church will officiate, assisted by Rev. George Ilendrickson, of Our Savior's Norwegian Lutheran church. The choir of the Milwaukie church, Mrs. B. G. Skulasim and Mrs. K. Roald will sing. The remains will be shipped tomor row to Dexter, Minn., for interment. Mr. Bolstad was born near Kasson, Minn., 43 years ago. He graduated from Redwing, Minn., seminary in 189a and from the North .Dakota State Nor mal school at Mayville in 1899. After teaching school at Kindred and Ashley, N. O., and Cunningham, Wash., he or ganized the Milwaukie bank seven years ago. He took office in January for his second two year term as city treasurer.1 He was a member of the Knights and Ladles of Security and of the Young People's society of the United Norwegian Lutheran church. Charles Rogers Pleads Guitly Oregon City, Or., March 12, Charles A. Rogers, charged with forgery, yes terday entered a plea of guilty before Circuit Judge Campbell. Last fall Rogers passed several worthless checks on merchants of Parkplace and Gladstone. He escaped from Clackamas county officials and was later arrested in Centralia on a charge of . larceny. He was brought to this city from Centralia by Constable Frost. The dates for the trials of the other cases returned by the grand jury are as follows: Joe King, giving liquor to minor, April 19; John Y. Humphreys, assault with a dangerous weapon. April 20; Angus McKinnon. giving liquor to minor; April 22; Charles Oodge, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. April 21; J. W. Starn forjrery, April 23.
