Bac Meetings Interest.
Two of the most interesting- activi
ties in. the sports . calendar of the
Panama-Pacific International Exposi-
tlort are the race meetings, which will
be held from June 5 to June 19, and
'again from October 30 to November
13. They will be conducted under tho
auspices of the Pacific Coast Trotting
Horse Breeders association. There
Wll be no long drawn out contests, ex
cept the $20,000 stakes. The races
will attract prominent people from all
ever- the .country and the attendance
. will include some of the best known
society folk of Canada and America.
