Johnson against Emanuel Herrman, Who married Car rie Myers, manager of the Portland Remedial Loan association, December 19, 1914.- Miss Johnson alleges that August 20. 1899, Herrman promised to marry her. She said that since that time she had lived with him as his wife and. had been so introduced by society. She alleges that she declined to marry another in 1909 because she expected to marry Herrman.
