The house was artistically decorated with cedar and pink and white roses. The bride was given in marriage by her father, William Oliver Johnson. She wore a beautiful gown of char muese, with an over drape of imported puvia cloth, hand embroidered in white violets. Her veil was caught under a most becoming little cap of maltese lace, circled with orange blossoms. She wore a white coral necklesg and broach, both wedding gifts and the bridegroom's gift was a bracelet Miss Sophia Johnson attended her sister as bridesmaid. She looked lovely in a gown of. orchid tinted crepe de chine and carried an arm bouquet of pink buds. William R. Carlson, a fraternity brother of the bridegroom attended fcim as best man.
