and Water Company, Limited.
in accordance with the provisions of
that certain Indenture of mortgage
made by and between Lewiston Land
and Water Company, Limited, and
Idaho Trust Company, as trustee, dated
the 1st day of October, 1911, securing
an Issue of refunding 7 per cent gold
bonds of said Lewiston Land and
Water Company, Limited, there has
been deposited with the undersigned the
sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000)

of so many of the bonds hereinabove
described as it shall be able to pur
chase at a price not to exceed one hun
