returned a verdict of guilty against
Frank Sullivan and Ernest Harrison- for
kidnapping Dorothy Holt last March.
The death penalty was asked by tha
state. Hulllvan confesaed that he kid-'
naped Mias Holt and took her to an
abandoned mine, where he was to turn
her over to Harrison for 15. After Sul
livan's arrest a mob demonstration re
sulted In calling out the militia. ,
