Kecom mendation for .the establishment of a denominational college within the bounds of the Columbia River confer ence of the Methodist Episcopal church is to be made by the educational board of. the conference to all district meet ings during the coming year, as a re sult of the board's first session neld here tonight. Plans for establishing a sinking fund to finance the enterprise were discussed by the educational board appointed by Bishop R. J.
