the new president of the North Bank
line, did not visit Portland today, as he
Intended. Instead Mr. and Mrs. Baxter
passed directly through Portland for
Seattle, Mr. Baxter's new heaquartera.
The Baxters, had Intended visiting Mrs.
Baxter's daughter, Mrs. F. O. Downlngr,
