PURCHASES SITE FOR
SHEET METAL PLANT
The southweat corner of Eaet Third
and Everett streets, comprising 100x100
feet, was sold to C. E. Holxer yesterday
morning, for about $16,000. The sale
was made by EJ. P. Mall, representing
the Oregon Real Estate company. The
property Is to be improved by a large
manufacturing plant for the making of
sheet metal.

householder -resorted to a technicality
to keep from paying rent, although on
a different plan rrom the one wnich
proved so successful at Minneapolis. The
Oklahoma City man bought a lot, pay
ing the munificent sum of 15 cash
with a promise to make regular pay
ments at stated Intervals.
Immediately he moved a shack to the
newly purchased lot, established a domi
cile and proceeded to Join the Don't
worry club.
In 80 days, the seller of the lot called
