made ready for building. Throughout
the fall and winter the work of sluic

ate supervision of J. E. Webb, who Is

of the company, who Is spending the

Mr. Webb said: "We expect to con

located four miles northwest of New
berg, was sold to Newberg parties in
volving a consideration of $27,000. The
deal was swung by the Newberg Land
