Th 11 story structure will be located on the southeast corner of Seventh and Yamhill streets, across the street from th Hotel Portland. The class of building will be A-l. The cost of the structure. The company has not enough money to build' this .structure without borrowing, and It will have to borrow 1300,000, one liall of the necessary amount.
