that a commission plan of government
be instituted In that city. Only St
signatures are required on the petitions
to compel the mayor to call a special
election: "AS was the caas in Centralis,
the Washington-Oregon 'corporation is
seeking a 80 year water franchise , In
Chehalls, but the agitation , against the
ordinance Is not so marked in Chehalls.
