of livestock and single steers. J. L.

Robinson & Co., was the Judge. From
many parts of Oregon prominent cattle
men came to the show today, either to
buy or exhibit. . Among them were T.
C. Oxman of Durkee. Baker Ball and
George Thomas of Ontario, G. P. Blck
nell and William Dubey of Baker, and
Roe Grimes of The Dales. W. O. Minor
came from Heppner with a special ex
hibit of prize Shorthorn cattle. - At the
Denver: livestock show Mr. Minor won
first prise for a .-year-old and ft year
ling bull and second prise for a cow and
a yearling heifer. A specially good ex
