II. Fletcher. Through Attorney Paul Long, the dog was replevlned yesterday after noon, and is held in the custody of Con stable Wagner. Weiss claims he al lowed the dog to be taken to the kennel of Dr. S. 1L Brown oh the east side. Fletcher got the dog from the kennel. Weiss says he bought the dog from a friend, while Fletcher declares he raised the dog, and missed it a few weeks ago. The case will come up for hearing In the Justice court Thursday.
