ment of Rough Riders, tinder , the com
mand of Charles K, Hunter, president of
the National; Roosevelt Rough Riders'
association. 1 The three honorary mem
bers of the association will ride in the
parade. They are Lieutenant General .S.
B. M. Young, U. S. A., retired; Brigadier
General Samuel S. Sumner, U. S. A., re
tired, and i Brigadier General Charles
Cooper of Philadelphia. The Rough
Riders will be mounted on. horses fur
nished by Troop C of Brooklyn, and will
appear In the regulation United States
army khaki uniform. '.
The parade will pass up Broadway to
Waverly Place, turning Into Washington
Square, - thence through Washington
Arch, .up Fifth avenue to Fifty-ninth
street, where It will be dispersed. It is
probable that Immediately following the
conclusion of the demonstration Mr.
Roosevelt and his family wlU leave for
their home at Oyster Bay. -

come Theodore Roosevelt, who returns
home tomorrow. ;
Secretaries Meyer and Wilson and
Captain Archibald Butt left after the
cabinet meeting today, and many dele
gations of house insurgents, clerks and
officials, departed during, the afternoon.
President Taft will not be among the
officials present In New York tomorrow
when Roosevelt' arrives. Taft will
speak at ,he Lincoln-university at Villa
Nova, Vai, tomorrow, and receive a de
gree. He will return to Washington
tomorrow night. .,.- -.
