Butcher's river Claims a Title.

several months of correspondence with
officials at Hanover, Germany, Arthur
Von Glegllngen, 31 years of age, driv
er of a" butcher's cart, announces that
he Will wafte a legal battle to obtain

GiegUngen barony at Hanover, and tha
ancestral titles.

Clymer has been granted a divorce
from Vance W. Clymer. by Judge Harris
on the ground of cruel and inhuman
treatment. They wcr married In
Eugene on March 14, 1907. Mrs. Cly
mer was allowed to resume her maiden
name, Emma Roth.
