council in regard to the proposition of
lighting th. city. A communication
has been handed the city father, signed
by 70 taxpayers, requesting the council
"not to enter into a contract for a tersa
of year, for lighting the city of Forest
Grov. at the present time, a. we be
lieve municipal lighting would be mora
satisfactory," Manager Welch, whoa
