tory mode1 of conveyance to the west

the superior' courts for some time has
been filed by Ansel M. Easton, who
hasllSOO which he wants to return to
the defunct Market Street bank. He
asks that the court force the proper of
ficials of the insolvent concern to bring
suit against him for the recovery of the
money, which he alleges ne owes tne In

Shortly before the bank failed Easton
contracted to furnish water for drink
ing purposes. . Hs was paid (2600 in ad
vance, but when the place was closed
he had delivered only 11000 worth of
the fluid. .
Now hs wants to return the remaining

ceedings with the view of being sure
that the coin falls into the proper bands.
