On the Portland market for one week at only 10 cents per share. This is the ground-floor price. You should not miss this chance.
Yoo will get your money's worth. We have the oil and we have the land, right in. the oil-producing belt in California on both sides
of us. This is a chance you have not had offered, you, and it may not happen again in a long time. We have one of the best oil
? repositions in California. The property consists of 151 acres, about 30 miles northwest of Coalinga, and is right in the oil belt,
t is in section 8, township 17 south, range 11 east, M. D. M. The well is now only-166 feet deep, and a test made by A. Lascy,
U. S. Dept. Mineral Surveyor, and sworn to, shows a production of . 70 barrels per day of 24 hours.
We have a 20 years' lease, with bond to purchase. We pay 10 per cent royalty until we purchase the property.
One company in the Coalinga district paid $50,000 bonus for a lease of 40 acres, and have to pay 16 2-3 per cent royalty. We
hare purchased a large Standard drilling rig, and will have things in full swing in a very short time, and will sink a well not less
than 2000 feet, and expect to get a well equal to some of the gushers south of us.
With three wells 166 fe,et deep, we can get a pipe line and tanks, which would make our company a dividend payer. We have
room for 151 wells; that would be one well to the acre. Some put three or'four wells to the acre. What would 10 or 20 wells mean
to our company? We predict our stock will be worth $20.00 to $40.00 per share, for the following reasons: We have a high-grade oil,
being 28 gravity,, that will bring almost double in price what most of the California oils bring. We are near the new Idra quick
silver mines, where they are burning wood at $6.00 per cord, which would be equivalent to paying $2.64 for oil for fuel And we.
have 150 acres of land, where a great many companies have 20 or 40 acres. Below is the price of a few oil stocks outside of the
Standard and Union oil stocks:- .

one-half the incorporated companies in California who are paying large dividends. The Silvertip, to the south of us, two months ago
was selling stock at a few cents per share. When they struck the oil strata they got a gusher that flows 1700 barrels per day. One
