Seattle, Sept. 22. Probably the larg
est fraternal turnout ever made In the
northwest was witnessed today when
members of the Independent Order of
Odd Fellows marched through the prin
cipal business thoroughfares In honor
of the sovereign grand lodge, which Is
now holding its annual session in this
oity. It was estimated that not less
than 10,000 members of the order par
ticipated.

More than 600 women of the Rebekah
lodges took part in the parade, auto
mobiles having been supplied for their
uBe. .Several elaborate floats repre
senting the Rebekahs were In line and
constituted one of the Interesting fea
tures of the occasion.

quasi-independent grand lodges of Aus
tralia, Denmark, Germany, Sweden and
Switzerland are Included. They have no
delegates In the present meeting.
