claim to be in possession of evidence

CAMP AT SEATTLE
State College, Pullman, Wash.. Juno
11. Three hundred and fifty college
cadets , and - nearly 100 of 1 Pullman's
population left Pullman last evening
on the "Cadet Special" and will arrive
in Seattle this afternoon at 4 o'clock,

to the A.-T.-F. exposition grounds
near which the encampment will be
held.
The state colleM track team of 16
men headed by Coach J. T. Bohler and
Manager Herbert V. .Wexler left yes
terday and expeet to arrive In Seattle
today at noon. The men are in good
fighting trim and expect to make their
competitors hustle.
Governor M. E. Hay left Pullman this
morning for Olympla, having for the
past day and a half been a guest at

the city auditor, show that Joseph Si
mon received a majority over an other
candidate for mayor of 114 votes. His
plurality over Judge M. Q. Munly, the
Democratic nominee and his nearest
competor, was J929. The ' total vote
cast for all mayoralty candidates was

ceived the highest number of votes ac
corded to any one contestant. He was
reelected by almost unanimous consent

for him.
