in the center of the Columbia river early, fruit belt,
is the farthest point in the northwest from a mountain
range, and the very lowest irrigated altitude, as a few
miles below here the river goes into a range of low
hills that it flows through for 75 miles until reaching
the mountains.
Here we have no mud, practically no snow, no foggy
days; the water used (or irrigation, after being carried
through many miles of ditch in the open country,
where it is estimated that we have 300 days of sun
shine every year, is nice and warm, and when turned
on the land that is itself bathed in almost perpetual
sunshine drives our crops ahead at a lively pace.
Therefore, only this lower end of the valley of the
Columbia, of all the northwest, has the right to use the
slogans: "The California of the Northwest" and "The
Land of the Early Fruit."

My Unfailing and Scien
tific Treatment Is Your
Hope of Vigor
My cures are lasting, because the methods
I employ meet even the most minute details of
those ailments to which they apply, and are
readily modified to meet the requirements of
individual cases. Because my treatment is
ample, scientific and thorough, my cures are
complete and lasting and my patients have no
relapses. For the same reason I am usually
able to cure in much less time than is com
monly required in obtaining but partial results.
I treat for real and lasting cures. Kveryremedy I employ has its part
in bringing positive and permanent results. Under ray treatment the
patient who notes Improvement In his condition can feel assured that feal
benefit and not a temporary drug effect has been obtained, and can Con
tinue with confidence that a thorough cure is being accomplished.
The Scientific Treatment of Weakness
Dosing the system with powerful stimulants and tonics in an effort to
restore functional vigor can have but one final result: The condition is
rendered worse than before. "Weakness" Is merely an Indication of a
low form of inflammation in the prostate gland, and this Inflammation is
but aggravated by stimulating remedies that excite temporary activity. 1
employ the only scientific and fully effective treatment for "weakness"
which effects a permanent cure by restoring the prostate gland to a sound
but. healthy state. I obtain complete results In-every case 1 treat. Inter
esting literature and a beautiful engraved chart' free If you will call.
I Cure All Diseases of Men
Those In any trouble, suffering from VARICOCELE, HYDROCELE or
any other disease tending to destroy and disfigure and to render happiness
Impossible, are urged-to call upon me without delay. Those wanting vaiu
able time, dissipating their money and aggravating their ailment by sub
mitting to indirect. Ineffectual unsci entlflc treatment, that never did and
never can cure, are invited to visit me and investigate my successful
system. I positively guarantee results In all curable cases and frankly
refuse to accept any other case. If for any reason It is too late 'to guar
antee a cure. "
