searching his desk for a copy of the
federal constitution. He couldn't find
It and turning to Mr. Loeb with a laugh
he asked if they didn't have a constitu
tion in the president's room.
. Mr. Loeb scratched his head for a Seo-

kept out in the office which he used to
occupy. He appeared a moment later
