fore opening the gate his attention was

He thought some friend was attempting

' & Wesson 38 caliber revolver securely
attached to the pickets with the string!

discharge the weapon. The' gun, he
says, was carefully trained so that the
bullet would strike any one fti the ab
domen. The gun was fastened to the
