Oregon State Penitentiary for the period
ending June 30, 1909.
Sealed proposals for drugs, dry goods,
groceries, buttpr. leather and finding,
hardware, fljur nnd meat, will be re
ceived at the office of the superintend
ent of the State Penitentiary until Mon
day, December 21, at 2 o'clock p. m., at
which time they will be publicly opened.
A deposit of $200 in cash or certified
' check, made payable to the superintend
ent, must accompany each bid for meat
' and flour, and all other bids must be
accompanied by an amount equal to 10
. per cent of the amount of the bid.
Samples must accompany all bids
where practicable. The right Is re
served to -reject any and ail bids and
