TEACH TRADES IX
REFORM SCHOOLS
ti
I United Pre Leased Wire.)
. Sacramento. Cal.. Nov. 10. The sta
board of prison directors points out to
Governor James N. Olllett the necessity
of teaching trades to the boys in the
state reform schools to prevent . their
becoming criminals through lack vf
means to earn a livelihood in the bien
nial report received by the governor
today. The board declares that many
of the youths become criminals -after
they leave the reform schools because
they have learned no trade. It recom
mends that while under the compul
sory discipline of the schools the bora
ahould be taught useful trades.
The board commends the new rule
that no pardon or confutation of sen
tence shall be given a convict until ha
has shown that he can be trusted by
bolne- on parole for one year.
HEALS
OLD SO RES
Before any sore can heal, the cause which produces it must be removed.
As long as the blood, from which our systems receive their necessary nour
ishment and strength, remains impure and contaminated with disease germs,
any old sore on toe body will remain open, and resist every effort m.n!e to
heal it The nerves and tissues of the flesh around the places are continu
ally fed with unhealthy matter and nature is simply disposing of the poison
bydraining it from the system through the sore. The only cure for an cM
sore is a thorough cleansing of the blood, entirely ridding the system of ti e
cause. S. S. S. heals old sores by removing every particle of Impurity ken
the circulation. It goes down to the very bottom of the trouble.and so cbn ': -pletely
cleanses the circulation that there is no longer any impurity to dr. 1
through the sore, but the place Is once more nourished with; rich, Y- ' -ful
blood. S.'S. S. heals the sore irom the bottom, the place soon fUU i
with healthy, firm v flesh, the tenderness leaves, all discharge cc-a :, ,, t
skin regains its natural color and when S S. S. has thoroughly c!i an ;.
purified the blood thelace is permanently healed.' Eouk on ilwi
