It Is set forth that the life of a
pilot la haxardoua. It Involves risk and
hardships that ar not generally known

times unjustly criticised. Assumption

the Columbia bar, according to the
board, than la generally realised. It la
believed the service Is as efficient at
possible under present regulations.

regulations for maintenance - of effi
cient pilot service and require all li
censed pilots to -report to and furnish
