THE positive assurance of Mr. Harriman that the railroad to Tillamook Bay will be the first of his lines to be built was immediately followed by large forces of men
on each end of the line and the gap in the middle will be closed up as rapidly as possible. Those who wait for the railroad to be completed will have regret for their
delay. REMEMBER the secret of wealth is to know where the people want to locate and to GET THERE FIRST. To get in on the ground floor at BAY CITY
you must get over the CAP before the railroad is completed. If you wait the crowds will be so great that boom prices will be on and there you are. BUY NOW at
bottom prices aid sell when the railroad will be carrying the sleepy ones into Bay City. The whole Tillamook district will develop wonderfully in the near future in conse
quence of the new railroad facilities. Although it was isolated improved land has been selling at from $200 to $300 an acre, showing the great fertility qf the rich soil.
The advent of the railroad, which is now being rushed to early completion, will treble the value of property in Bay City, the only available harbor townsite on Tillamook bay, '
