ceny. Patrolman Leavens brought them to
tho police station, where they- declared
to Sergeant Cole that .they bad never
heard of any person by the name of A.
D. Herr. Hennessy happened Into the
station, and as tba warrant had bean

though not by Hennessy, tha matter
waa laid before him. Johnson told so
