Mrs. Amanda M Walt, daughter of
the late Mrs. Sarah M. nuthrle. has pre
sented a claim for $3,700 against the es

value. She says her mother repeatedly
told her that she would leave her all

Italian bee grower of this city.
They were shipped In a nnriall 4
case, at one end of which was
sugared honey, which served as
provisions for the voyage. A
fifteenth bee died, but from
fighting rather than from the ef- 4
fects of the trip.
The bees are of the large Ital- 4
ian variety and are said to he
better honey producers than
their American relatives. They 4
are bright red In color and much
larger than the ordinary bee. 4
Two were queens and 12 males.
The queens will bo given homo-
grown swarms and their Im-
porter expects great results from' 4
the hybrid.

Mrs Ann Benson, 650 Goldsmith street,
assaulting and then robbing her.
Patrolman Ranoy reached the house.

stock of goods, which Is now en route

Harry Kendall Thaw, today filed a
claim against llarrv's estate for $209.

filed and it is reported It will receive
first attention in the bankruptcy pro
ceedings. The claim Is based upon 25 notes
given by Harry between June 29. 1906,
and August 1. 1907. ranging from $1,000
to $29,000. Thaw's schedule gives his
mother credit for $155,000. In her claim
Mrs. Thaw Includes. the Interest accrued.
Thaw's counsel today filed a petition
citing error In the bankruptcy schedule
