A Portland business man who recently visited the city by the sea, after a pleasant walk over
and about the city, remarked: "Bandon has a future, and a great one."
The most scenic and beautiful beach on the coast, together with many rich resources and charm
ing scenery, will bring thousands here to live. The coming of the railroad will bring a large popula
tion. Kvcn now many people are coming to Eandon to look for homes. No other more natural
place exists for the building of beautiful homes and a handsome city.
'ihe man who gets in. before the railroad comes, is the one who will reap the greatest harvest.
The man who invests now in Bandon property will never regret the step.
SWEENEY'S FIRST ADDITION TO BANDON offers to all a good investment. The soil is
good, the location is suitable for a quiet, comfortable home place. Sufficient trees remain on this
property to park the entire tract. This onlv adds to the beautv of the place. If vou an teres ted

Mdtepr Acre Tracfl
RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE GARDEN OF OREGON
30 Minutes' Ride from Jefferson-Street Station on Salem Line.
Acre Tracts
10 PER CENT DOWN, 3 PER CENT MONTHLY
These tracts are admittedly the best value in Oregon. The soil is ideal for
fruit and vegetables of all kinds. Some tracts are cleared, some partly cleared,
and some all timber, the timber alone on some of these acre tracts is worth more
than we are asking for the property.
METZGER ACRE TRACTS are as convenient to the citv (Only 30 Min
utes' Ride) as some city additions where 50x100 toot lots sell as high as
$S00. Think this over. There is abundance of clear drinking water at Metzger.
Several wells just dug show eight feet of pure water at a depth of 15 feet. Those
who are buying these tracts are highly pleased and are strongly urging their
friends to buy while the prices are so low.
