I. The Teds and Johnny get a boat
And think they'll have some fun afloat,
The bears all cry "We've struck a rock!'
Thinks that it's really not so funny.
2. He. rows till there's a sudden shock "

O woe! They're in the sunny South

8. An alligator I Awful sight h
The Teds are overwhelmed yith fright,
And then the beast with hungry grin
Slowly begins to draw them in.
4. Poor John poor Teds a moment Later,
They're all inside the alligator;
They kick and jsquirm and won't keep quiet,
And-make a most unpleasant diet,

That he had been content with, fishes.
They squirm and kick until he's tore

6. Safe on land, half scared to death. x
They're hardly able to draw, breath.
O joy! The beast has swum awty
He's glad. they're out and to axe. they-
