An involuntary bankruptcy petition
against the Western Contracting & En-
fineerlng company of Portland has been
lied In the United States district court
The petitioners are V. C.IMcClure, George
D. Kiiton, E. Andosa and the J. K. Gill
Co. The claim is set forth ' that ,the
firm allowed Itself to be attached and
that a meeting of creditors had been
called to accept 40 cents on the dollar
in settlement of accounts. The peti
tioners are interested to the sum of

Judge Bronaugh in the circuit court
yesterday gave Judgment for 1365 In

things than Mr. Cross' Imagination
