Teleconi .Cures A. A; Buck
of Awful Rheumatism
Prominent Rancher and Stockman Suf-
fered Fearfully and Had No :?
Faith in Treatment ;.;
Couldn't walk; couldn't wort; couldn't
move hand or foot; entire body bloated;
In the most excruciating pain all the
timet suffering nntold misery -that he
has not the power to describe, com
prises briefly a statement fit the condi
tion of A. A. Buck, on of the biggest
stockmen in Stevens county and the
best known cttlsen in that section of
the state. Before he called upon James
Austin Larson for treatment, according
to Mr. Buck, ne man ever suffered more
than he did of rheumatism. . Being a
' large man, weighing considerably over
too pounds, this gentleman's a irony may
, far better be lm fined than described.
..-Mr. Buck said: "With the exception
of a slight twinge 6f pain In my right
. ankle, actually, I never felt better ,ln
my life than I do now.", ; s . ; (
Mr. Buck was urged to tell the story
of his? case in his own words. In re
sponse to the question lie said that he
couldn't stop talking about Teleconi.
He said that he was the happiest man
in the country and willingly. In fact
eagerly, sought the opportunity to tell
to others, whoever may read, what Tel-
. econl had don for him.
"I had about the worst case of rheu-
mat Ism that I think anybody ever did
have," said Mr. Buck. "It would leap
from my feet to my hands and to other
, places all over my body. My hands and
my feet suffered most, although my
arms and my hips were' about as baa.
There were moments, at times, when I
could walk, but for the greater part of
four months I could neither walk nor
could f even move my hands or ny feet.
I lay flat in bed and whenever my feet
or, my hands had to be moved my wire
had to pick them up as tenderly as
though IX was a new bora babe. I be
lieve my eries eouid be heard for a mile
. whenever I had to be moved.
In addition to this pain and suffer-
' ing my body bloated. No part of my
entire body was free from this ettafflc
My hands were actually four times as
large as normal. My face bloated al
most out of recognition, while my legs
and feet were frightful to look at I
suffered-the greatest agony for four
months, during which time I was treat
ed by all the local physicians that I could
get to visit me; I tried every rheurria-"
Usra remedy that I had ever heard of
and many that I had not heard of till
some one suggested them.
.' "One day ji.f F. Thorp, a friend of
mine, told me about James Austin Lar
son. He urged me to go to Spokane and
try the treatment I laughed at him; I
didn't believe in it; I didn't want any
Teleconi for me. My friends Insisted,
and I was finally' persuaded to give my
consent- I was carried from my bed
to the train at Frultland, and when I
reached Spokane was taken from the
depot to the hotel In a cab, during all
of which time I suffered more than I
can tell. The first trip to the Spokane
hotel I was carried in a cab; carried
upstairs and treated. I continued these
treatments for six days, just one single
week, and today I can Jump up and
down on my feet; csn put the palms of
my hands 'together for the first time
In 10 years; this morning I wrote a let
ter to a friend- of mine who has the
rheumatism and this is the first time
In four months that I have been able
to take a pen in ray hands."
"I. want to tell you, Mr. Reporter."
continued Mr. Buck, 'that this is a won
derful man. .To think that I have been on
my bed for four months as helpless as
a child and never had sense enough to
come to Spokane and be cured In six
days makes me almost mad at myself.
Mr. Buck bade the reporter good day
and walked very briskly to the elevator,
preparatory to leaving for his . home
in Stevens county, where be Intends to
spread the good news of his recovery
to the hundreds snd hundreds of people
with whom he has business relations In
Stevens county.
Saysflis Stomach Was Burn-
ing Up and Teleconi
Cured Him v
A. F. Thorp, a Herrington Rancher, Given
Up by Doctors, Cured by.James
Austin Larson.
"I suffered so with" dyspepsia that I
had to give all my work up and could
not get about at all, I was so weak. I
went to see the doctors. I consulted
; with them time and time again. They
told me that I was a victim of acute
Indigestion, Or dyspepsia. They said
that tbey could do nothing for me. So,
then I came to Spokane. I went to a
specialist here and after taking a lot
of money away from me, he said that
I was incurable." , f
In these few words. A. F. Thorp. Her
rington. Wash., yesterday told a re'
porter the condition he was when
he had exhausted all the resources at
1 his command and was given up.
1 have had dyspepsia for the last
three years,' he continued. "I have
never been entirely Incapacitated until
last February. Then, I was all In. I
could not work and expected that I
would Yiave to suffer until I dlerf.
"In the latter part of July I called
upon James Austin Larson. I had heard
a great deal about him and wondered
If he could do anything for me. I
could not keep anything on my stom
ach. I had pains all the time In my
stomach and cheat I could not work;
could not walk and was in a fearful
condition. I had to go around In a
hack before I commenced to take Tele
coni treatments.
"From the very first I began to Im
prove. , When I came to Spokane I
weighed 11S pounds. When 1 began
treatments I went up to 124, and when
I quit treating with Larson I weighed
181. Sine then I have gained right j.
along, and today I weighed 138.
"My appetite Is better, and X can eat -far
more now than I could ' before. I'
understand that my ' stomach is still r,
weak and I cannot eat all that X would ;
like, to, but I can eat things now that
X never could keep down before I
never knew what it was to be hungry
then; now I am hungry all the time. '
"I could hot walk a block thefi; now
X can walk all day without being tired,,
I am gaining every day, and never ex
pected that I would be as well now as
I am. Teleconi is certainly a wonder
ful method of treatment'
"Another feature of my trouble was
that. I was constipated nearly alf the
time. I never had a natural passage
of the bowels for a whole year. I had
to take drugs all the time. I very sel
dom have to do that now. My bowels
are rapidly getting back Into their
natural condition. t,
- "I also suffered something awful
with a burning sensation In the stom
ach. At times it seemed as though my
stomach was fairly burning up. I never
suffered more in my life than I did
with this condition. But, ever since
the first treatment by Larson, I have
not felt It In the slightest degree."
' Mr. Thorp Is a young man and 'has
been ranching for his health for a long
time. He kept continually getting '
worse, and says that he never evperl
enced such relief as he has since he
commenced .taking Teleconi treatments
under James Austin Larson.

any way. t She was simply a wreck.
Wefcquld1 count, every muscle in
her throat and had to attend to her
every want, even to undressing her
at night, and dressing her again in the
morning. - n - t - : ' ..
When Mr. -Larson first Called to
see her, he said right away that her
stomach was the cause of her trouble.
' Other doctors had treated her for
stomach trouble, but none o them
ever had success. . After he had left
the house one day Lette said to me;
'Mama, I , wish you could feel his
hands when he puts them, upon me.
They make me feel so much better
, and so relieved, at once.' ' r
"Teleconi treatment is simply won
werful. I do not understand what it
is, but it Is wonderftil. From the
very first treatment, Lette com
menced . to grow better.
"I first read of Mr. Larson's treat
ment in the paper. My husband was
ery skeptical and would not let me
send for him. But something had
to be done. We had taken her to
Wisconsin, Montana, Idaho and other
places, with no result. So I realized
that the situation was becoming des
perate. Lette was growing .worse
every night - She had "been to New-
port for a while, and we brought her
back here to die.
"The doctor down there said that
she had a very few days to live and
that she had better be hurried to her
home ;in , Spokane. So there was ,
nothing else tp do but wait for death
to follow. We arrived home one Fri-
day night. I sat up with her all night .
and saw her getting steadily worse.
Sunday night she seemed about to
die. i watched her with feelings that
you can imagine. Her eyes were half
closed and the expression upon her ,
face was like one about to die.
' "An a last resort we determined to
try. Teleconi treatments : At this time
she could not talk, . We had to burn
powder ia the ! room all the : time
and the most that she could ever say
was, 'Burn some more powder. Oh,
how I longed to have her speak to
roe. ,vIf he could have just . opened
her mouth - and . called me 'Mama
That would have been such a relief.
"I have not burned any powder
since the third treatment She has
been treating only four weeks, all
of the treatments being given by Mr.
Larson, and now she eats anything
she wants, she 'Jeeps soundly, her
wheezing is all gone and her appe
tite is splendid. At first we .did not
dare to none for relief for Lette. We
could not believe that the, treatment
could bring ; such misery and suffer-,
ing to an end, but now we know.".

Question of Doubt That J. Austin Larson
Cures Permanently a Large Percen
tage of His Patients.
fThat j; Austin Larson, originator of Teleconi, the science
of vibration, has wrought remarkable cures of the ills that
humanity is heir to, and that an overwhelming majority
of such1 cures proved permanent is indisputably shown in
the appended answers received to inquiries sent out by
the Beloit, Kansas, Daily Call, for the purpose of estab
lishing the reliability of the Teleconi treatment and the
permanency of the cures effected. The editor and pub
lisher of the Daily Call deemed it due to its readers that
they should know of the results obtained. The patients
interviewed had taken the treatment months previous,
but all praised Mn Larson as much as they did when the
originator of Teleconi was in their midst. James Austin
Larson ist now at the Oregon Hotel.

EVERY LETTER PUBLISHED IN THIS CIRCULAR WAS RECEIVED. OPENED AND READ BY
ME IN ANSWER TO THE FOLLOWING INQUIRY SENT OUT BY THE DAILY CALL:
BELOIT. Kansas, Jan. 16, 1904.
"We take the liberty of addressing you in regard to J. Austin Larson's work at Salina. Of course this
treatment is entirely new and we feel that it is due our readers to know of the results obtained. ; Please an
swer the following questions: For what did you take treatment of J. Austin Larson? Wnat did you think
of Mr. Larson's work in Salina? What do you think of him .as a man, and . as a healer? What do you
know now in your own case of the permanency of the results obtained? These answers are for publi
cation this week. Very truly yours, THE DAILY CALL."
The answers received by me are the answers published in this circular. These answers were kept on
file for some time at the office of the Daily Call for the unrestricted perusal of the general public; The
investigation of the permanency of the work done by J. Austin Larson . at Salina was conducted by the
Daily Call with a view to ascertaining the truth for the protection and benefit of its readers. ; The na
ture of the replies I had no power of predicting, and I franklly acknowledge my surprise at the number
who wrote to me, an unknown third party, several months after they had taken treatment under Mr. Lar
son, that they were cured or materially benefited and continuing to improve in health. As these letters
united in their praise of Mr. Larson as a man of honesty and integrity, and a healer of rare power, I
have turned the letters over to him to use as he sees fit in the future. His work in Beloit has been
eminently satisfactory and has resulted in material benefit to a very large per cent of his patients. This
knowledge I have gained from personal conversation with many of his patients and from the personal
investigation W my reportorial force. , . A. B. ADAMSON,
