of supervisors of the Portland Com
mercial dub ystrday it was decided
to award a handsome cup to th Rosa
Festival, to be competed for by th
floats and decorated vehicles. ' There
have 'been 133 application for mem
bership received since the opening of
the new club house. 1 Of these IS were
acted upon yesterday. The others take
the regular course ' of three weeks'
posting on the bulletin board.
