adopted a memorial of respect, prepare
by a committee consisting of M. a
Pogue. U H. McMahan. George .G. Bur
nett. William H. Holmes and George G.
Bingham. The memoir was inci-lbe1
in the records of the circuit court of
Marlon county, and copies aent to me
upreme court and newspapers. .
