ple in June has been decided upon by
the educational board of the T. M. C. A.
Beginning on April 11, debates will be
held every- Saturday night until all of
the 19 measures before -the people by
Initiative and rererenaum nave been ais
nosed of. Men wlll.be assigned to each
side -of the question and In thl manner
the merits of eacn proposed measure
will be brought out clearly for the bene
fit of the members of the organization
or all those who desire to attend the
debates. Following the debates an open
discussion of 30 minutes will be al
